A review is needed when an opinion raises doubts: the source data is unclear, sampling procedures were breached, the conclusions do not follow from the laboratory test reports or the expert did not answer all the questions.
A review does more than express disagreement. It identifies specific methodological, logical and factual shortcomings in the examination.
This document may be used to request a repeat or additional examination, prepare objections or assess the prospects of court proceedings.

- a description of the situation and the dates of events;
- photographs, video, records and correspondence;
- documents relating to the object or land parcel;
- laboratory test reports, if already available;
- court documents, if the dispute is already being heard.
